Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?
We process all orders within 2 business days (and sooner in most cases!).

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

What is the shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate for shipping -- the cost will be added to the price of your order.

When will my order arrive?
You will receive an email order confirmation when your order ships. This email includes tracking information so you know when to expect delivery. Generally, standard shipping takes between 3-5 business days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at amy@kiddywampus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
