Here’s to 17 Years!
When I opened kiddywampus in 2005, I wanted to create a neighborhood toy store my kids would love. I wanted a space that represented all the magic of childhood: wonder, joy, silliness and discovery. What surprised me is that kiddywampus soon became a community space as well – a hub for caregivers and families to bond over the shared experience of caring for kids. We celebrate birthdays and milestones here; from potty training to the tooth fairy, report cards, and all the inevitable bumps and celebrations along the roads of childhood.
Toys are the tools that kids use to learn and grow. We are honored to help families choose the right toys for their kids to do just that.
My intention has always been for kiddywampus to be a contribution to the families and communities in which we’re located. We look for ways to partner with and support the schools, nonprofits and civic organizations. We know that shopping with us is an active decision to support a local business, and we understand that commitment is a two-way street.
We know that shopping with us is an active decision to support us as a local business, and we believe that commitment is a two-way street. In addition to our commitment to our kids and families, kiddywampus has always been committed to the communities in which we operate. We partner with and support the schools, non-profit and civic organizations around us. We invite you to join us – in our stores, online, at a birthday party, camp or class!
