I shop in store. Why don’t I see those points online?
Your in-store points might be on a separate account that we haven’t matched to your online login yet! Head to your profile and add the phone number you give us at the register. We’ll link the two and move your points over at our next sync, which can take a couple of days. Plus, you’ll earn bonus points just for completing your profile!
What is the Playmakers Club?
It’s kiddywampus’s free rewards program! You earn points every time you shop and when you come to our events, and you can redeem them for money off, fun experiences, or a donation to our charity of the quarter.
How do I join?
If you’ve made an account at kiddywampus.com, you’re already in! You can also join at any of our stores. Just give us your name, phone number and email at the register.
How do I earn points?
You get 100 points for every $1 you spend, in store or online. You can also earn points by checking in at our events!
How do I redeem my points?
Every 10,000 points gets you $10 off. Redeem them at checkout online, or ask us at the register when you’re in the store. You can also redeem points for experiences or donate them to our charity of the quarter.
How do I use my reward code online?
When you redeem points online, you’ll get a reward code. Copy it, add your favorite goodies to your cart, and paste the code into the discount code box at checkout. Your savings will come right off your total!
How do I get points for coming to events?
Scan the check-in QR code at the door with your phone. Your points will show up the next morning!
Why do I have so many more points than before?
We moved to 100 points per dollar and multiplied everyone’s balance to match. Rewards cost more points now too, so you can still get the same rewards as before.
Do my points expire?
Points expire if you haven’t made a purchase in 12 months. Shop with us at least once a year and your points will never expire!
