Playmakers Club Terms

The Playmakers Club is kiddywampus's free rewards program for our Hopkins, Chanhassen and St. Louis Park stores and kiddywampus.com. By joining or using your account, you agree to these terms, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Joining

Joining is free, and you can sign up at any of our registers, online at kiddywampus.com, or when you check in at one of our events. You need to be at least 18 to join. Each account belongs to one person and needs an email address so you can log in online and see your points. If you joined with just a phone number, we'll ask for your email next time you shop with us.

2. Earning points

Starting October 26, 2026, you earn 100 points for every $1 you spend in our stores and online, based on your total after discounts, not including tax, shipping or gift card purchases.

You can also earn bonus points for the additional actions described in your profile. Points from purchases and events show up in your account within 24 hours. If you think points are missing, contact us with your receipt and we'll sort it out.

3. Using your points

You can redeem points for the rewards listed in your account, starting with $10 off for 10,000 points, either online through your account or at the register. From time to time you can also use points toward experiences and charitable giving, which have limited spots and go first come, first served.

When you redeem, the points come out of your balance right away. At the register, we apply your reward to that purchase. Online, you get a code in your account to use at checkout, and if it isn't used within a year it expires and the points don't come back. Rewards can't be combined with other discounts or sales, or used to buy gift cards. Points and rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash.

4. Returns and refunds

If you return something, the points you earned on it come off your balance, which can occasionally leave your balance below zero. If you used a reward on an order that's later refunded, the points you spent on that reward don't come back.

5. When points expire

Points expire after 12 months with no purchases, but as long as you shop with us at least once every 12 months, your points never expire. Bonus points and event check-ins don't count as purchases. This rule starts no earlier than January 1, 2027. When it does, any account without a purchase in the previous 12 months will lose its points, so shop with us before then to keep yours.

6. Your account

Points can't be sold, transferred to someone else or combined with another person's account. We may cancel points or close an account that's used for fraud or in a way that goes against these terms.

7. Changes to the program

We may change the rewards, point values or these terms, or end the program at any time. On October 26, 2026, every member's balance gets multiplied by 100 as we move to new point values, so you can still get the same rewards you could before.

8. Emails

As a member, you'll get emails about your points and rewards. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime with the link at the bottom of any email.
